Installation work is covered by an insurance-backed workmanship warrantee for a period of six years providing the value of the contract is over £250.

We are members of the Corgi Competent Persons Schemes covering Gas, Plumbing, Electrical and Ventilation work, which allows us to register new domestic installations and significant alterations with building control. Corgi will then issue you with a certificate which can be added to your Home Information Pack (HIP).

We are also members of the Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme (WIAPS) which can save time having to get permission from the water supplier to start work on some installations.

Appliance Servicing

Gas Cookers, Fires, Water Heaters and Boilers (recommended every 12 months). We can remind you when it is due to be checked again with no obligation.

Installation Heating Systems, Cookers, Fires etc.

We carry out fault finding repairs to all gas appliances: central heating systems, combi boilers, system boilers, water heaters, cookers, hobs and fires. We will find the fault, give you an estimate, and then it is up to you. We are also qualified to install and maintain un-vented hot water systems.

Repair Burst Pipes and Leaking Taps

It’s surprising how much water (and energy on hot water) can be wasted from a dripping tap or overflow: up to 85 litres a day!

Landlord and Gas Safety Certifications

If you are a landlord it is a legal requirement that you have this done within every twelve months. Again we can remind you when it is due to be checked again without obligation.
