How often do I need to have my boiler serviced?
For safety and efficiency have the boiler serviced within 12 months. Call now to book your appointment.
General InformationTurn off the gas supply at the meter or cylinders. Open windows but do not turn any electrical items on or off.
Call Transco from a telephone away from the affected area on 0800 111 999 in the first instance.
If the leak is on your pipe work (the customer side of the meter) Transco will normally turn off the supply and advise you to contact your local CORGI registered engineer.
